Busses to downtown are everywhere. Parking is probably easiest/cheapest found at pacific place parking garage (or street parking if you can find it), and although the bar is not kid friendly but the rest of gameworks is.

WH3 Friday Happy Hours start as soon as you arrive and last 'til whenever. Just show up on your own hash time and enjoy! No running is involved - just drinking!
